Designer Bums Pram Liners are made from water resistant PUL so dirt and light spills can be wiped down. We recommend washing on a delicate cycle for heavy soiling to ensure that the inner wadding is cleaned sufficiently. When laying to dry gently pull the pram liner back into shape.
If the Pram Liner becomes wet during use we recommend hanging it to dry to prevent mould.

Suitable for prams with a 5 point harness. Universal fit means that it is suitable for most prams. We do recommend checking the product specifications for exact measurements.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PAID?

We will try our very best to help with amendments to your order, please contact support at info@designerbums.com.au the same day your order is placed. We cannot guarantee we can amend your order as our team works super fast and may have already picked and packed your order. We cannot combine shipping or refund orders after they have been placed.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Upon dispatch, we will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number which can be found by clicking the blue box on the email. If we deliver to an Australian and New Zealand address, your order should arrive within seven business days.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING?

If you have selected express shipping with your order, this prioritizes your parcel through the logistics network, but does not mean your order will be packed first in our warehouse. Once Australia Post collects the parcels from DB HQ, we then have no control over when they will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided. Typically, Australia Post express delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days if ordering from Australia.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We trust our premium products completely, so all our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from purchase when cared for according to our care and wash instructions.

This timing is more than sufficient as typically any defects in manufacturing will be seen within 1-2 months of regular use.

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Making a claim is an easy process. Simply email us at info@designerbums.com.au stating the issue and including photos of the defect. We will then respond to you within 1-2 business days with next steps or to request further information.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returned product must be unused, as new and in the original packaging with all tags still intact.

For returns, please fill out the return form below and attach photos and with proof of purchase. A returns address will be provided to you on request, please do not post items back without prior return approval.

The following reasonable conditions apply to returns:
-Please contact support with your return within 7 days of receipt of your order being delivered via the returns form stating if you have received a manufacturing fault or order error. Please wait for return approval before sending back, as we cannot accept items without return authorisation. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us your tracking number and inform us of the day of lodgement so we can anticipate your return and process asap.
-In the event we have made an error or there is a defective item, we will cover all shipping costs where applicable.
-Refunds will be made payable to original payment method used on the order. Please allow 7-10 days to process.
-Returns via a stockist must be raised by the original purchaser with them first and will be forwarded to us – Proof of purchase is always required.
-Returns cannot be accepted for sizing and fit reasons.

-Gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
-If you seek a refund for change-of-mind on new, unused items, we will deduct shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% from the refund amount, to cover administrative and other associated costs.
