Shipping Rates

For deliveries within Australia and to New Zealand, we offer the following flat rates:

Australia & New Zealand: FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150
Australia standard: $9.95
Australian express: $14.95
New Zealand express: $15.00
Rest of World – Price calculated on cart

Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one to three business days. Upon dispatch, we will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number which can be found by clicking the blue box on the email. If we deliver to an Australian or New Zealand address, your order should arrive within seven business days.

Delivery to international addresses is dependent on the location and courier estimates. Please note: (1) there may be delays during new season release, sales, promotional events, public holidays or industry breakdown such as a local or global crisis, and (2) we are not responsible for delayed deliveries as we rely on other third parties to deliver within their recommended time frames.

Lost or Damaged Goods
We offer optional flat rate shipping insurance which covers loss, damage, or theft up to the value of $500. You may opt in at checkout for a flat rate of $3 per order. For high-value orders we strongly encourage selecting insurance to manage potential risk.

If insurance is not selected and your parcel(s) are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we are unable to assist with replacement or repair. By not selecting insurance, you agree to assume all risk for your parcel(s), and Designer Bums is not liable for any loss or damage. Any claims for loss, damage, or theft must be made directly with Designer Bums.

How to File an Insurance Claim
After Australia Post has closed its investigation, please use their correspondence to submit your claim directly with Designer Bums by emailing all details to info@designerbums.com.au.
