For deliveries within Australia and to New Zealand, we offer the following flat rates:
Australia standard: $9.95
Australian express: $14.95
New Zealand express: $15.00
Rest of World – Price calculated on cart
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one to three business days. Upon dispatch, we will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number which can be found by clicking the blue box on the email. If we deliver to an Australian and New Zealand address, your order should arrive within seven business days.
Delivery to international addresses is dependent on the location and courier estimates. Please note: (1) there may be delays during new season release, sales, promotional events, public holidays or industry breakdown such as a local or global crisis and (2) we are not responsible for delayed deliveries as we rely on other third parties to successfully deliver within their recommended time frames.
Lost or Damaged Goods
We offer optional insurance through Route which covers loss, damage or theft and is calculated on your cart value. For high value orders we strongly encourage you to select insurance to manage any potential risk. If insurance is not selected and your parcel(s) is lost, damaged or stolen in transit we are unable to assist with the replacement or repair of goods. By unticking the insurance option, you agree that you assume all risk for your parcel(s) and Designer Bums is not liable to you for any loss and/or damage. Any claims for loss, damage or theft of your parcel(s) must be made directly with Route.
