Update
We’re currently in the process of winding down our operations and clearing the last of our stock as we also conclude our warehouse lease at the end of October. There is no set closure date, as it depends on the remaining inventory. We’ll continue to update our community as the closure progresses.
Digital gift cards can be used as normal while Designer Bums remains trading but no longer available for purchase from August 21st. Once the business is closed, gift cards will no longer be redeemable. We recommend using any valid gift cards before October 2025 to avoid disappointment. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Yes. As part of our warehouse closure, all clearance items are considered final sale. This means returns and exchanges for change of mind are not available, and warranty support will not be offered once operations cease. Please reach out during the remaining trading period if you have any concerns.
We do not offer returns for change of mind, but if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible during our trading period so we can assist you before closure.

Camp DB Loyalty FAQ
From 21 August 2025, customers will no longer earn new Designer Bums Rewards Points on purchases, or move up levels within Camp DB.
Any unused reward points and vouchers will expire on 1 October 2025 and cannot be redeemed after this date, regardless of whether the business is still trading. We recommend using any remaining points or vouchers as soon as possible.
The most recent Moon Box was our final edition. As we begin winding down the business, there are no future Moon Box releases planned. We’re so grateful for the love and excitement our community has shown for these special drops over the years.

A Special message from Carla
Since taking over the brand in 2014, Designer Bums has been dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers with high-quality, life-enhancing products to assist in their parenting journey. We have always strived to nurture a conscious community of like-minded individuals, caring for both our little ones and Mother Earth. More than just a brand, Designer Bums has been a place of connection, bringing people together through the highs and lows of raising children while working towards a better world.
But now, with the pending conclusion of our lease and some soul-searching about the future, it’s time for me to say farewell.
We have stayed true to our vision and commitment to quality and integrity, pouring our hearts into Designer Bums and the community we love. Now, as this season of life shifts, it feels right to embrace change, focus on renewal, and be more present with my children.
In the coming months, Designer Bums will enter its final chapter under my leadership. This has been a very considered decision, and after giving so much to the business, it feels like the right time to focus on myself, my family, and what comes next.
Online trading will continue until our stock has found a home over the next few months before our lease concludes or if someone in our community would like to take Designer Bums into a new era.
We’re so proud to finish this chapter with Gold Cloth Nappy of the Year and Editors’ Choice at the Clean and Conscious Awards for the 5th year running, the gold standard and most respected industry awards, highlighting that Designer Bums is still the best in the industry.

Words cannot express the depth of gratitude we have for each of you who have been part of our journey over the past 12 years and supported me and my business. It is only through your unwavering support and belief in our vision that we have come this far. To the phenomenal humans who have been part of our team and become family, you will always hold a special place in my heart. I could not have grown this beautiful brand without the incredible women who have stood by my side and supported me with love and loyalty, both past and present. Designer Bums has always been about more than just products;it has been about fun, friendship, being unique, and supporting growing families through their toughest years whilst we are changemakers in a world that often doesn’t understand why we choose alternative and more eco-friendly ways of raising our children.
And so, for now, it is time to shift gears, prepare to pause, recharge, and realign by giving full attention to loved ones and well-being. There will no doubt be a reemergence in another capacity, but to tap into the creativity, clarity, and consciousness this next chapter requires, I must first fill my own cup.
