Designer Bums Pram Liners are made from water resistant PUL so dirt and light spills can be wiped down. We recommend washing on a delicate cycle for heavy soiling to ensure that the inner wadding is cleaned sufficiently. When laying to dry gently pull the pram liner back into shape.
If the Pram Liner becomes wet during use we recommend hanging it to dry to prevent mould.

Suitable for prams with a 5 point harness. Universal fit means that it is suitable for most prams. We do recommend checking the product specifications for exact measurements.

FAQs

ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Upon dispatch, we will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number which can be found by clicking the blue box on the email. If we deliver to an Australian and New Zealand address, your order should arrive within seven business days.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PAID?

We will try our very best to help with amendments to your order, please contact support at info@designerbums.com.au the same day your order is placed. We cannot guarantee we can amend your order as our team works super fast and may have already picked and packed your order. We cannot combine shipping or refund orders after they have been placed.

For deliveries within Australia and to New Zealand, we offer the following flat rates:
Australia & New Zealand: FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150
Australia standard: $9.95
Australian express: $14.95
New Zealand express: $15.00

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING?

If you have selected express shipping with your order, this prioritizes your parcel through the logistics network, but does not mean your order will be packed first in our warehouse. Once Australia Post collects the parcels from DB HQ, we then have no control over when they will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided. Typically, Australia Post express delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days if ordering from Australia.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?

We offer optional flat rate shipping insurance which covers loss, damage, or theft up to the value of $500. You are able to opt-in and select insurance at the checkout for a flat rate of $3 per order. For high value orders we strongly encourage you to select insurance to manage any potential risk. Any claims for loss, damage, or theft of your parcel(s) must be made directly with Designer Bums via contacting info@designerbums.com.au

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We trust our products completely, so all our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from purchase.

We are committed to complying with all our obligations under consumer laws. If a product fails due to a major manufacturing fault or material defect, you can ask for a replacement or refund. Or, we will repair it free of charge if that is possible and practical. For a minor fault or defect, we may repair it free of charge, or if it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion. In the event we have made an error, we will cover all shipping costs.

Please note our warranty does not cover the following:
-Normal wear and tear;
-Sale items;
-The natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components (e.g. Fading, pilling and shrinkage in certain fabrics) – natural fibers will shrink after washing;
-Modifications or alterations (e.g. Cutting, stitching and removing parts including the care label);
-Damage caused by improper use (e.g. Forceful use of snaps);
-Improper care and maintenance (i.e. Not following our care instructions, exposing to high heat, chemicals, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight causing delamination);
-Snags; or
-Improper storage;
-Incorrect use and fitting of the products, leaking;
-Not fitting;
-Where the purchase was not made directly from designer bums or a verified retailer or stockist of our brand (i.e the product was purchased on the second-hand market.)

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

You can make a warranty claim by filling out the returns form found at the bottom of this page: https://designerbums.com.au/pages/returns-warranty. We will then contact you within 1-2 business days.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returned product must be unused, as new and in the original packaging with all tags still intact.

For returns, please fill out the return form below and attach photos and with proof of purchase. A returns address will be provided to you on request, please do not post items back without prior return approval.

The following reasonable conditions apply to returns:
-Please contact support with your return within 7 days of receipt of your order being delivered via the returns form stating if you have received a manufacturing fault or order error. Please wait for return approval before sending back, as we cannot accept items without return authorisation. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us your tracking number and inform us of the day of lodgement so we can anticipate your return and process asap.
-In the event we have made an error or there is a defective item, we will cover all shipping costs where applicable.
-Refunds will be made payable to original payment method used on the order. Please allow 7-10 days to process.
-Returns via a stockist must be raised by the original purchaser with them first and will be forwarded to us – Proof of purchase is always required.
-Returns cannot be accepted for sizing and fit reasons.

-Gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
-If you seek a refund for change-of-mind on new, unused items, we will deduct shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% from the refund amount, to cover administrative and other associated costs.
